Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are limited.

Refunds may be granted if:

• the product was not delivered

• the account does not match the description

• technical errors occurred.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• the account was already used

• platform bans the account due to user activity

• customer violated platform policies.

All refund decisions are made by the Website administration.
